Anchormen Band
The Anchormen was an ad hoc band put together by our many talented musicians aboard at the time of commissioning. They were extremely popular at onboard and off the ship events. The band members changed over the years as crewmembers rotated in and out.
These photos were provided by Jim Martin RM2, 1965-1968, and worked in the Radio Shack in Operations. Jim is behind the mic in the last photo.
