The video comes from David Law, who was onboard the Canopus from 1976 to 1977.  He was a Photographer's Mate Second Class in the Photo Lab.

Produced by the Rota Public Affairs Office in 2002, the film is a 9 1/2 minutes orientation film for new personnel assigned to the base.  With all the bars gone, I guess they had to let everyone know about the other activities available on the base and in the area.
