In honor of our reunion theme, Our Best Shipmates - Our Sweethearts, we had a formal sit-down dinner, instead of a buffet.  Musically entertainment was provided by Judd Sunshine and his daughter. They were really, really good.

A touching moment is when Darrell Lane, original Anchormen band member, got up and sang two songs, in tribule to his other band members.  The spirit of the Canopus lives on.

We were once again able to honor our Old Canopus heroes, Paul Shealy and Randall Edwards.  Tom Denton reporoduced the illustration of the AS-9 Mickey Mouse Battleships that appeared in a January 1960 Argosy magazine.  Richard and Tom presented the prints to them during the dinner.
